Simply put Glen is a rockstar, technically speaking and as a manager.

Glen rarely showed stress in highly stressful situations and managed his team and stakeholders with care. Always provided pertinent information, set expectations and continuous updates when needed.

Watching him grow and develop a team from scratch while collaborating with other teams provided enlightenment on how a good leader navigates a hectic environment. The open and welcoming atmosphere Glen provided, allowed our two teams to function at a higher level while providing exemplarily response times to technical issues.

Glen was a joy to work with and I would hands down jump at the opportunity to work with or for him again in the future.
